The F2 Task guides is developed to support the business with full digitalised task specific administrative processes. The F2 Task guides introduces the digital check list paradigm and so mirror the way of working in the real business. The check list paradigm enables F2 to support complex wall to wall business processes, based on the approach of describing process tasks through checklists.
The F2 checklists manage individual business processes from self-service to case register including quality management, case help and online management reporting. This includes also interfaces to external systems like digital post and CPR. The business specific checklists including data fields, information and nots, can be setup and configured directly in F2 without any programming.
